NB!

The subsistence minimum must be guaranteed to every citizen. Non-attachable earnings is the monthly minimum wage, which in 2024 is 820.00 euros.
If the debtor also receives non-attachable earnings, an application to this effect must be submitted to the enforcement agent. List of incomes that may not be seized.
If the enforcement agent complies with the maintenance claim, the above condition does not apply. Regardless of the amount of income, half of the minimum monthly wage established by the Government of the Republic is retained for the debtor.
